Great app

I have had 2 notifications for over a year, but there aren’t any notifications

I hate you Carrie, ruined my day.

We have used this for a few years and they’re always seems to be some problem with it. It’s very clunky to use. The most recent is it giving us a message of text delivery not available which is new. That is the main way. We have used it because it didn’t require the Remind app. We have also entered people in and then found them later to have disappeared. The 160 character limit is very difficult to utilize.

We have used several applications to communicate with teams, players, coaches, players, and administrators over the years. Remind us, by far, the worst. If you are a coach or an administrator, considering this app, please do not use it. We like TeamReach. Most of our players and parents prefer TeamReach.

It’s too much to keep up with,especially when you have more than one kid in the district in multiple classes. Seems like the app was built for stay at home parents.

Amazing for when to know when all games are going to happen

I love using this app because it has all of the classes I need for school and it is a really reliable app so that’s why I love using this app.

Needs editing options after sending. Not very useful friendly

We were using for our small rural church, but now we can’t use it anymore bc we are not affiliated with a school or district. Wish we could still bc it was awesome!

Remind keeps changing the rules. When I adopted their plan it was with the specific understanding that the students receiving the messages did NOT have to download the Remind app. Now that has changed. Looking for a new option.

My app won’t let me send messages. The box to type doesn’t even show up. Never had this issue before and I’ve had the app for years! HELP! I use this to communicate with my son’s teacher.

I love the concept of Remind! This is our first school year and it’s been so great to have this connection point with my son’s teachers. However, it crashes every time I use it. It’s up in the air whether it works or not; doesn’t matter if I delete and reinstall, if I’m updated to current version or not. Why?? I don’t have this problem with any other app.

Bumps me out and help search, not helpful

It good for children and it makes them remember when their teacher text them or send them something on Remind because Remind kind of remind somebody when they’re supposed to get a text message from like their teacher and their parent or them that have a phone can just go on it and scroll and see if they see a teacher and then they go and look at what they’re supposed to do and that’s why I love Remind also because my teacher sees a lot and if my mom didn’t have her mind, I would not know what to do cause well my mom she forgets stuff a lot, so Remind is good for me and my mom bye and that’s why I love my remind I also tell you when your teacher said something because your teacher in class might like I’m gonna send something off remind see this so that you can see this too and it might be like a dress up thing you like something for what y’all doing for like you never know and that’s why mine is good because I remind you of something when you don’t know when it’s coming and then your teacher can just type it or say it like I am doing on the micro other than that, she can do a lot teacher. She can do a lot because she can make sure you see it and you can text her right back and like OK I my child saw it so that’s why Remind is called Remind because it’s supposed to remind you. Well that’s what I I wonder what you think in your opinion, but that’s why I like remind

My 18 yo is no longer receiving msgs and it has asked him to enter a parent’s name and email. When this is done, it links 18yo’s account to parent’s. Then it asks parent to submit credit card for a 0.00 charge and download, print and submit a permission form for COPPA. I do not want to submit my credit card information for any reason to this site. When I submit a help request, I get a response that the help request feature no longer works. Why is there a submission form then? And how do I get this resolved? Again, 18yo so COPPA does not apply. This is ridiculous. 18yo missing msgs as a result.

I love it

Keeps saying “we hit a snag” when using “all conversations” option. Needs update and fix and then I’ll adjust review.

Consistently crashes when trying to open photos.

I have my email and password but since it’s been a while since I’ve logged into the app, it requires a code. I have requested the code several times over the last week. It arrives more than 12 hours later, usually late at night (after bedtime), even though I request it before 10 am. It’s only good for 30 minutes. So I can’t get into the app! I messaged tech support and they told me they don’t provide assistance to the free side of the app. My kid’s school is using this app for a trip to communicate with the students and parents, but I can’t get into the app and they won’t help me.

Will you please check monther book and correct it his score

I have tried about 15 times to see the notes sent by my kid’s teacher and it keeps closing out of the app before the photos/notes load. Tried closing the app, making sure it was updated…this is useless, especially when his teachers need to communicate in an emergency.

It’s great for school

I use this app for choir, it’s supposed to send us messages when our instructor messages us however It would not send or show in the app that I got a message until hours after the message actually got sent

This tool is great for communication. It’s a Blessing. John 3:16-17

Trying to log in into the app and it keeps asking for verification code that’s supposedly sent to my email. And there is no option to choose a phone number instead. No code in inbox, nor junk mail. I’ve been trying all day!

My child’s teacher added an attachment recently and now the app crashes anytime I load her messages. Same problem on my wife’s phone. App needs an upgrade ASAP.

Simply the best app out there

I don’t appreciate how they add different colors on skin tones. we are all equal and our color should not change anything, please get this fixed

This app should be able to nest classes and information under each student. The app is clunky for such simple features and has no way to organize the classes. With more than one student in multiple classes the platform becomes cluttered.

This app is not useful

The app has worked great for me in the past, but this week it has started crashing every time I try to use it. The issue seems to have something to do with large numbers of photos. Frustrating, and basically unusable.

Everytime when I try to click on reactions, the app crashing

it’s a decent app, not difficult to use , but lately it has been crashing on me especially when i try to view images the teacher sends

I still receive notifications about a school. My children are no longer in. I cannot delete it. I have messaged Remind directly. They said they got it taken care of. They never have. I’m still in the school. I’ve tried to leave it every single time it says they’ve had a snack. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

This app constantly crashes. Tells me there is a new message so I open it only to get “we hit a snag” message. This is unacceptable for an app where messages about school are sent.

My screen keeps saying something went wrong. And when I sent a message I got an email saying you weren’t going to reply. Do how am I supposed to get this fixed?

This app crashes a lot especially when the teacher tries to post photos for the parents to see. I also get constant notices that the teacher will not see my messages even though she does. The app needs a lot of work.

I like how easy it is to navigate or find what I am looking for. And how I can be in contact with my child’s teacher and school staff. Thank you!
